• Where is the store based?

  Ottawa, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Being based out of Canada, we currently ship in all of North America, most of western Europe & surrounding area and Japan. However, we are not shipping any where else for the moment due to unreliable services or warring nations but in the future we may have further distribution with other countries when made available to us.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post is currently on a nation wide strike but are now doing rotational work shifts. So, this means your usual mail delivery time will be delayed or take longer than normal for the time being. Hopefully this will go back to normal soon.
  Normally, once shipped, most domestic orders (in Canada) can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please be patient as sometimes delays or limited services can still occur depending on your destination or mail handling services.

  Payment is by paypal and all prices here are in USD$ which is set up this way by storenvy.

• Do you offer tracking with your orders?

  All items are shipped regular mail but If you want tracking with your orders please contact us first before ordering. Depending on your destination, especially outside of Canada like Europe, this will cost quite a lot more for shipping charges.

• How do you package your items?

  We package in securely wrapped bubble envelopes or sometimes in cardboard mailers depending on the size of your order.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
